I honestly did not feel as great after this one as I did with the unit 2 exercise, but I think that was because I got interrupted in the middle and that threw me off. I have actually been doing some research on the effects of meditation during pregnancy! My little boy is quite a mover but he always calms right down while I meditate and for a while afterwards. Although this time like I mentioned in my post he started kicking a lot when I jumped, so I think it startled him too! I don't know...maybe just a coincidence!Megan M. I'm glad to hear that you ha...Greetings, Megan! I'm glad to hear that you had a good experience with this meditation. I enjoyed envisioning each color as I worked my way up each chakra. I found myself visualizing spirals of energy emanating from each chakra, each a different color of the rainbow, and then finally a vibrantly bright white light enveloping my being. How did you feel afterwards? I felt very similar to that of the 2 exercise: grounded, yet flowing with energy.
