Your post really encourages me to do eve...Hi Megan,<br />Your post really encourages me to do even better with the aspects of my life. I also have a tough psychological wellness and feel like I have come a long way. I also can definitely relate to the stressful situations that barge their way in my life extremely unwelcomed. I feel like sometimes I am just getting on my feet and here comes something else. Acceptance is certainly hard and I haven’t quite got 100% there yet but Im working on it daily. I need to learn how to accept the things I can’t change and do what I will with the ones I can. Now my physical and spiritual wellness needs improvement which I have accepted and started working on. You definitely have all your ducks in a row and the goals to improve the ones you feel need improvement. Like you stated no one is perfect there is always room for improvement. I know it can be so hard not to stress, especially when your pregnant and/or already have other things to worry about. It too took me a long time to not stress out over everything, but once I got the hang of it, it actually makes me feel a lot better and makes my life a lot easier. You seem to have a very positive outlook and you will get to where you want to be i'm sure of it.
